Shipping
Standard delivery is 5–10 business days across all 38 countries we ship to. Orders over $75 ship free. Every order includes tracking, so you'll see each step as it moves.
Yes — we ship to 38 countries across North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable, so there are no surprise fees at the door.
Yes. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, and it updates through delivery. Team orders can be shipped as one consolidated load or split per player — your choice.
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to return any product in unused, resellable condition for a full refund. Start a return through the contact form and we'll send a prepaid label.
Every product carries a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a ball loses pressure abnormally, a shoe sole separates, or a stitch fails in its first season — we replace it, no questions.
Sizing
Size 5 (27.5") suits ages 9–11. Size 6 (28.5") fits ages 12–14 and most women's leagues. Size 7 (29.5") is the standard for high school, college and pro. All CourtKings balls meet FIBA tournament dimensions and weight.
CourtKings shoes run true to US men's sizing. If you're between sizes, size up half a size — we design with extra room in the toe box for a wider landing base.
Team orders
Yes. 5–19 units earn 5% off retail, 20–49 earn 12% off with free shipping, 50–99 earn 18% off with free branding, and 100+ units receive a custom quote with priority production. See the Team Orders page for details.
Custom runs (logos, colors, player names and numbers) need a 3-week lead time. Rush options are available before big tournaments — start your quote early and we'll hold your slot on the production line.
