Turn reps into game
Skill is built in practice and revealed in games. These programs — written with coaches who also scrimmage for us — turn deliberate reps into habits you can trust under pressure.
Ball Handling
4 weeks · 5 days/week — station dribbling, live-dribble combos and pressure drills. Goal: take your handle from tentative to automatic at game speed.
Shooting
6 weeks · 5 days/week — form blocks, catch-and-shoot volume, and the 200-make program. Goal: repeatable, confident footwork beyond the arc.
Conditioning
3 weeks · 6 days/week — court sprints, recovery pacing and game-finish conditioning. Goal: be the player still moving in the fourth quarter.
Sample week — Shooting program
| Mon | Form block: 150 reps, slow and perfect |
|---|---|
| Tue | Spot shooting: 300 makes from 5 spots |

| Thu | Catch-and-shoot: 250 makes, pass-and-go |
| Fri | Game-speed scrimmage shooting: 200 makes |
| Sat | 200-make test at game pace, tracked |
| Sun | Rest — recovery is training too |
